  We've been banking with Advancial for a long time now, and we're very thankful to have this location in Katy. Unfortunately, the staff is not very friendly unlike the location we used to go to in West Houston. Kind of feels like they're doing you a favor sometimes by servicing your needs. I had one guy (bigger guy with attitude) yesterday who was totally unwilling to work with me on a problem I had when I went through the drive-thru. Really seems like they'd want to do everything they can to help their customers.

• Review of "Miller Career & Technology Center" at Katy

  I went here for my junior and senior year for Practicum in Health Science Clinical Rotations and Pharmacy Tech. My time here gave me valuable experience that helped me make my career choice earlier in life. Although some of the core class teachers aren't great, there are many who rock and love to interact with the kids. All in all, I don't regret taking classes here. EDIT: I found that the requirements changed so that Practicum in Health Science Clinical Rotations is now a class for seniors only.

• Review of "Wolverine Management Inc" at Katy

  I was disappointed by the attitude of one of their property managers at the corner of Fry Rd and Mason. After the recent flooding, the school across the corner was having its parking lots cleaned so school could start and teachers parked in the vacant building/parking lot managed by Wolverine. Instead of coming to the school and talking to the staff, John just started putting towing stickers on windows. John is upset at the politics in Katy ISD and decided that he would take it out on the teachers. It's unfortunate that in a time of need, John decided to grind an axe instead of extending a helping hand. I will not spend any money in those buildings as long as I know that Wolverine manages those buildings.

• Review of "Members Choice Credit Union" at Katy

  WORST Customer service I have ever experienced. I never leave bad reviews but I just felt that I had to after my experience at this branch. I went in to up the amount that was drafted out of my Chase account for my car loan. Something any banker would tell you is not a difficult task to do. To my surprise when the next draft rolled around it drafted the original amount AND the amount that I changed it to. I understand that mistakes happen BUT when I call and they promise to have my money back the next day and fail to do so, then that becomes a major issue. I would assume that they would make sure not to mess up again but I guess that's my fault for assuming. I had to call again and make sure that they fix that as well as reimburse me for my overdraft fees they caused me to obtain. After all of this I asked for the manager to give me a call because I didn't want anymore mistakes to happen and wanted the manager to handle my next request. And once again their customer service failed. I NEVER received that call even after being promised I would. I've never received this type of horrible service and now I avoid this branch at all times to save myself the headache. Stay away from them if you can!
