  The day I got a flat tire and family came in, I needed quick money.. Carla was the one the help mi.. she was so nice.. always got a smile.. I will totally recommend my family and friends to the mason store..

  Carla Martinez. I went in with all of my information, ref number and ID. She refused to give me my money because my middle name had not been printed on the form by the employee in RI. I was told it would have to be refunded and the process started all over again. Instead of trying to help, she sat back and refused to do anything. I went across the street and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. It was an emergency situation that I needed the money yet no concern from Carla. Your employees should at least act like they care. I am not complaining about the store, simply Carla Martinez.
