  This bank location is amazing always very helpful and friendly. Mrs. Erica is wonderful to deal with. I love how they welcome you when you arrive and are ready to help you with all your banking needs.

  As we entered the bank, we were greeted immediately by a lady named Arica Arora. We had a special circumstance situation that we needed help with. She went above and beyond to help us, and gave us really great advice. We could also tell that she was sincere, and genuinely wanted to do all she could to help us. She deserves a huge shout out for that. I will recommend your branch and bank to my friends and family based on the stellar service we received from her. After we consulted with her, she determined what we needed to do, so she sent us the appropriate employee who could further help us with our situation. She sent us to a private room with Marquita Chalmers. She was also very professional and competent in helping us with what we needed at that moment. She also deserves a shout out. Thank you again ladies for helping me and my sister in our time of need. We will be sure to send some more business to your branch based on our experience!
