  I went to this branch to make check deposit at a teller. There are no tellers here, only ATM machines. I think the reason there are no customers at this branch is because you have no tellers. A lot of people in the south want human interaction in banking. Your newly redesigned offices are ugly and cold and impersonal. If you don't want to deal with customers then close the branches. I ended up driving to Cinco Ranch to complete my transaction. Are the Retail Management people in McLean morons ? If you hate dealing with people, then sell or close your branches. I now understand why Pin Oak never has any customers in their parking lot. Thank you JG for your fluffy response. You clearly do not understand the issue is customer service, therefore you and Capital One must have evolved into boneheads. My friends and I still laugh about hearing about Capital One wanting to be like Google. Suggest you sell Capital One to Google because they are way smarter than you guys.

  I've banked with capitol one for over 10 years and now they've shut down our branch in Sealy Tx to save a buck and there Banking app does not work on my checks for deposit so many people out here are left with no options but to leave capitol one or drive 40 mins to the city to see a person or an ATM. Sealy Texas sits on two Major freeways serving as a hub for many smaller towns.
